For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, products and services shall include, without limitation, any legal, insurance, financial and/or related products and/or services.

Membership Product Terms and Conditions

Any advice or representation provided to Members in accordance with the Membership Products will only relate to legal proceedings, potential or otherwise, arising out of offences committed, or may have been committed, on dates after the effective start date of the Membership or before the expiry of the Membership (the “Membership Period”).  Driving-Law is able to provide legal advice and support to Members relating to offences that have, or may have, been committed outside the Membership Period subject to the member paying fees in accordance with the terms and conditions for the non-membership products as advertised on the website from time to time.

Changes to Our Products and Services

Driving Law reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or cease to supply any product or service contained on this website. In the event that such removal takes place, we shall not be liable to you in any way whatsoever for such removal.

Applications for Products and Services

Prices, and details, of products and services (and any offers) posted online are subject to change without notice. All products and services are subject to availability and we give no guarantee in this regard. The provision of details of products and services on this website are not, and should not be construed as, an offer to sell or buy such products or services, or legal or other professional advice, by the relevant company. The company advertising the products or services concerned may accept or reject your offer at its sole discretion.

For the avoidance of doubt, the products and services to be provided by Driving Law in relationship to the Membership packages under these Terms and Conditions and any terms and conditions relating to any product or service referred to in this website, excludes Court Proceedings and Fixed Penalty Notices relating to the following offences:

  • Causing Death;
  • Dangerous Driving;
  • Drink Driving;
  • Unauthorised Theft; and
  • Obstruction Waiting and Parking.

However Driving Law can provide support and advice with regard to these offences through the other services it offers, as may be set out in the website from time to time.

Misuse of Website

You may not misuse this website including, without limitation, by hacking, attempting to gain unauthorised access to the website or any server on which the website is stored, or by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You may not attack the website via a denial of service attack or a distributed denial of service attack.
